Warranty
Punkt. guarantees all its products for two years from the date of purchase against defects attributable to the manufacturing process or materials used. Goods under guarantee are repaired or replaced at the discretion of Punkt. Service assistance for goods under guarantee can be obtained solely on presentation of proof of purchase (a proper receipt).
The guarantee does not cover parts subject to normal wear resulting from daily use of the device, batteries (if provided with the equipment), power cables, line cords, connectors, external parts and plastic parts which do not show signs of original manufacturing defects. The guarantee does not cover accidental damage, improper use or negligence, and does not apply if the equipment has been tampered with by unauthorized persons.
